Adrian Rose Amaro is a designer based in California.
An expert in color, pattern, and texture, she draws on her unique history to create textiles, products, and home interiors that are harmonious and curated. She loves exploring the diverse styles of her many happy clients, and translating concepts into liveable, real-life spaces.
Her work has been featured on Cake & Confetti, on furniture from top manufacturers, and in retail stores from Target to Crate and Barrel. As a Havenly designer, she has consistently topped the leaderboard for most 4-star ratings from elated clients around the country. She was a longtime member of the peer review team, coaching new designers to succeed on the platform, and a beta tester during development for Havenly's proprietary 3D software, Studio.
A native of Washington, DC, Adrian graduated Sarah Lawrence College with a concentration in art history and studio arts. Following a couple of years living in Italy, she made her home in New York where she studied interior and textile design at NYSID and FIT.
After working as a textile designer in New York for a decade, she traded her 1910 Brooklyn brownstone for a 1954 Eichler in the Bay Area where she lives with her husband, son, and cat.
Adrian is involved with Art in Action, serving as a lead docent and volunteer art teacher for classes of elementary school kids, and a passionate supporter of the arts in schools!
Her favorite cities are Copenhagen and Mexico City. She enjoys horology, shredding on the Peloton, walking in the redwoods, playing Fortnite with her kid, and trying to keep her plants alive.
